• Workforce Initiative Now (WIN)
Are you looking for careers in construction or transportation?  The Regional Workforce Initiative Now (WIN) can help you develop your skills to build and sustain a career in these vital industries.
WIN is a collaborative workforce partnership led by Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD), in coordination with the Community College of Denver, Denver Transit Partners, and Urban League of Metropolitan Denver. WIN partners with existing training resources to place community members into career pathway positions on local transit infrastructure projects. WIN places individuals in construction craft, office administration, or professional services positions. Training is available as needed.

The WIN Intake Session is the first step for program candidates.  This session will help you better understand the program benefits and requirements, fill out the WIN application, complete registration on WIN’s website and conduct your intake with staff.

Due to limited space, you must RSVP with Robert Graham at 303-352-5019 or at Robert.graham@ccd.edu prior to attending the session.  Please communicate at the time of your RSVP if you need special accommodations.
